Having appeared on hundreds of cases in over a dozen Florida state courts, Nicholas Napolitano, Esq. is waiting and ready to take your case.

A proud Florida native, Attorney Nicholas Napolitano was raised in Hernando County, Florida. Nicholas demonstrated an early commitment to education by graduating high school early in order to pursue higher education. At just the age of 19, he completed his bachelor’s degree at the University of South Florida. Thereafter, Nicholas continued his academic journey by earning a master’s degree from Oklahoma State University followed by a law degree from the University of Toledo.

During law school, he gained valuable experience by clerking for the Honorable Jeffrey B. Judge Keller of Oregon, Ohio (Ret.). After law school, Nicholas obtained his legal licensure in multiple states—Ohio, Nebraska, and Florida—while simultaneously building his career in the legal field. He is also licensed to practice in the Federal Courts of the Middle District of Florida (Orlando) and the Southern District of Florida.

Throughout his career, Nicholas has developed a well-rounded legal practice – which considering family law touches on many aspects of the law – has greatly aided him in his family law practice. Nicholas has experience spanning wills, trusts, and estates; property and title law; creditor and debtor law; municipality insurance defense; and family law.

Nicholas currently resides in Winter Garden, Florida, with his wife, a fellow attorney, and their two dogs.
